基于AMESim的大流量安全阀仿真试验系统研究

An Analysis of Virtue Large Flow Safety-valve Test System Based on AMESim

摘要: 近来随着大规模机械化综采技术的发展,相应配套的大流量安全阀的流量也达到了1000L/min,本文基于STA1000大流量安全阀试验台及AMESim液压系统仿真软件对1000L/min大流量安全阀试验过程进行了建模仿真,其得出的流量-时间曲线与试验结果对比误差在5%以内。同时,针对安全阀的核心参数:内径、弹簧弹性系数和阀芯质量与试验结果之间的关系进行了进一步的研究,揭示了其与流量曲线的关系,结果显示较小的内径会引起流量振荡,增加弹簧弹性系数会导致开启后的流量下降,阀芯质量在一定范围内对流量曲线无影响。

Abstract: During big development of fully mechanized coalmining equipment these years, The flow rate of safety-valve has reached 1000L/min. A simulation model for the test of Large flow safety-valve based on STA-1000 test equipment and AMESim has been built. The difference of flow rate-time curve is less than 5%, comparing with real test result. At the same time, models with different inner diameter, elastic coefficient of spring and spool mass has been built, and the relationship between these parameters and flow rate-time curve has been studied. The result shows that small inner diameter causing shock, increasing of elastic coefficient of spring reducing the flow rate after opening and no efficient caused by spool mass.
